1. Web Site Limited License. As a user of this Web Site you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to access and use this Web Site and Content in accordance with these Terms of Use. Provider may terminate this license at any time for any reason.

Provider disclaims all liability for any Third Party Communications you may receive or any actions you may take or refrain from taking as a result of any Third Party Communications. 5. Digital Millennium Copyright Act - Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement. Provider will have a registered an agent with the United States Copyright Office in accordance with the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "Act") and avails itself of the protections under the Act. Provider reserves the right to remove any Content that allegedly infringes another person's copyright. Provider will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, subscribers and account holders of the Provider's system or network who are repeat infringers of another person's copyright. You may provide links to this Web Site, provided (a) you do not remove or obscure, by framing or otherwise, any portion of the homepage, including its advertisements, the terms of use, the copyright notice, or other notices on this Web Site, (b) you give Provider notice of such link by sending an e-mail to contactus@familylawinfo.org and (c) you discontinue providing links to this Web Site if requested by Provider.
7. License of Your Content to Provider. By posting, publishing, uploading, or distributing any messages, data, information, text, graphics, links, content, or other materials (collectively, "Postings") for use on this Web Site, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Provider a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license, with the right to sublicense, to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally display and digitally perform, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such Postings or incorporate such Postings into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe. Provider will not be responsible for the illegality of or any error or inaccuracy in advertisers' or sponsors' materials or for the acts or omissions of advertisers and sponsors.
10. Registration. Certain sections of this Web Site require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to inform Provider of any changes to that information. Each registration is for a single individual only, unless specifically designated otherwise on the registration page. Provider does not permit a) anyone other than you to use the sections requiring registration by using your name or password; or b) access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network or otherwise. 11. Postings in interactive areas of the Web Site.
11.1. Postings to be Lawful. If you participate in Interactive Areas on this Web Site, you shall not post, publish, upload or distribute any Postings which are unlawful or abusive in any way, including, but not limited to, any Postings that are defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, inclusive of hate speech, or would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or give rise to liability or violate any local, state, federal or international law, or the regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any securities exchange such as the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange, or the NASDAQ, either intentionally or unintentionally. 11.2. Postings to be in Your Name. Your Postings shall be accompanied by your screen name and shall not be posted anonymously. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, if the applicable registration page for your participation in an Interactive Area allows you to create a screen name, you may select and use a screen name that is not your real name, provided that you use your real name when registering for participation in the Interactive Area. Participants in Interactive Areas shall not misrepresent their identity or their affiliation with any person or entity.
11.3. No Monitoring of Postings. Provider has no obligation to monitor or screen Postings and is not responsible for the content in such Postings or any content linked to or from such Postings. Provider however reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to monitor Interactive Areas, screen Postings, edit Postings, cause Postings not to be posted, published, uploaded or distributed, and remove Postings, at any time and for any reason or no reason.
11.4. Non-Commercial Use only of Interactive Areas. Any Interactive Area is provided solely for your personal use. Any unauthorized use of any Interactive Area of this Web Site, its Content, or Postings is expressly prohibited. 11.10 publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person;

The following are examples of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the Provider Website and through your use of the Provider Services. Provider reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Provider's sole discretion, violates this provision, including, without limitation, terminating your Membership and/or reporting such activity or Content to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
11.19 criminal or tortious activity, including, but not limited to, child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, defamation, stalking, spamming, spimming, sendingof viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
11.20 advertising to, or solicitation of, any Member to buy or sell any products or services through the unauthorized or impermissible use of the Provider Services. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, Provider reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a Member may send to other Members in any 24-hour period to a number which Provider deems appropriate in its sole discretion. If you breach this Agreement and send or cause to send (directly or indirectly) unsolicited bulk messages, status or mood updates, bulletins or other unauthorized commercial communications of any kind through the Provider Services, you acknowledge that you will have caused substantial harm to Provider, but that the amount of such harm would be extremely difficult to ascertain. As a reasonable estimation of such harm, you agree to pay Provider $100 for each actual or intended recipient of such unsolicited message, status or mood update, bulletin or other unauthorized commercial communication you send through the Provider Services;
11.21 circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person in circumventing or modifying any security technology or software that is part of the Provider Services;
11.22 activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of or access to a computer or a computer network;
11.23 modifying, copying, distributing, downloading, scraping or transmitting in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, any Content from the Provider Services other than your Content which you legally post on, through or in connection with the Provider Services;
11.24 providing or using "tracking" or monitoring functionality in connection with the Provider Services, including, without limitation, to identify other Users' views, actions or other activities on the Provider Services;
11.25 covering or obscuring the banner advertisements and/or safety features (e.g., report abuse button) on your personal profile page, or any Provider page via HTML/CSS or any other means;
11.26 any automated use of the system, such as, but not limited to, using scripts to post comments, messages, status, blogs or bulletins;
11.27 interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Provider Services or the networks or services connected to the Provider Services;
11.28 impersonating or attempting to impersonate Provider or a Provider employee, administrator or moderator, another Member, or person or entity (including, without limitation, the use of email addresses associated with or of any of the foregoing);
11.29 using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account;
11.30 selling or otherwise transferring your profile, your email address or URL;
11.31 using or distributing any information obtained from the Provider Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity, or attempting to do the same;
11.32 displaying an unauthorized commercial advertisement, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity through the unauthorized or impermissible use of the Provider Services on behalf of that person, such as placing commercial content, links to e-commerce sites not authorized by Provider, blogs or bulletins with a commercial purpose, or sending messages with a commercial purpose;
11.33 relaying email from a third party's mail servers without the permission of that third party;
11.34 using invalid or forged headers to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted to or through Provider's computer systems, or otherwise misrepresenting yourself or the source of any message or Content;

Provider reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our Terms of Use and to take any action we deem appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
20. Remedies for Violations. Provider reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular internet address to this Web Site and any other Provider web sites and their features.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio and any action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in state or federal courts located in Ohio and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.

23. Severability of Provisions. These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on this Web Site, the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of this Web Site, the Interactive Areas, and the Content and Postings. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
